POST/v1/valuations

Fair value, range, confidence and drivers for one property. Accepts building, floor, view, condition and service charge to tighten the range.

POST/v1/valuations/batch

Up to 500 properties per call for portfolios, listing feeds and loan books.

POST/v1/deal-check

Deal score, verdict, suggested offer band and flags for a listing at a given asking price.

POST/v1/leads

Send leads in from any tool. Requires a consent record (method + timestamp); deduplicated, scored and routed on arrival.

GET/v1/matches?listing=

Buyers matched to a listing, with score and reasons.

POST/v1/reports

One property report: value, offer band, returns, costs, risks and what-if scenarios.

A property's living record: value history, events, verified-document badges (owner-consented).
