Terms & conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are an agreement between you and HYVE AI Labs FZCO ("HYVE", "we", "us", "our"), IFZA Business Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates, which owns and operates Truval. They govern your use of truval.ae, the Truval tools, dashboards, Copilot and AI agents, and the Truval API and MCP server (together, the "Service"). By using the Service or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. What Truval is

Truval provides automated property estimates and decision tools generated from market data, comparable-sale patterns and modelled assumptions. Estimates, deal scores, offer suggestions, fee calculations, rent-increase checks and Copilot answers are for information only. They are not a certified valuation, not financial, legal, tax or investment advice, and not produced by a RERA-registered valuer. Truval is not a real estate brokerage and does not represent any party in a transaction.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and give accurate information when you register. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Brokers confirm that any RERA BRN they provide is their own and valid.

3. Free trials and subscriptions

• Paid plans may start with a 14-day free trial. Unless you choose a paid plan, your account moves to the free Explorer plan when the trial ends. We will not charge you without your confirmation.
• Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance, in AED, plus VAT where applicable, and renew automatically until cancelled.
• You can cancel at any time from your dashboard; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise in writing.
• We may change plan prices or features with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal.

4. AI features and agents

Copilot and agents are automated and can make mistakes. You should verify important outputs. Agents prepare research, alerts and drafts only; any message, offer, report or other action that leaves the Service requires your approval, and you are responsible for anything you choose to send or rely on.

5. Broker use and client reports

Brokers may share Truval CMA reports with clients provided they are presented as independent automated estimates and not altered to misrepresent the figures. Brokers are responsible for complying with RERA advertising and conduct rules, and for having a lawful basis to enter client or lead information.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to: present a Truval estimate as a certified valuation; scrape, copy or bulk-extract data outside a licensed API agreement; reverse-engineer the Service or its models; share API keys outside your organisation; overload or interfere with the Service; use it for unlawful, misleading or discriminatory purposes; or use it to build a competing product without our written consent.

7. API and MCP

API and MCP access is subject to your plan, rate limits and any order form, which forms part of these Terms. Keys are issued to your organisation and are non-transferable. We may suspend access for suspected abuse, security risk or non-payment, with notice where reasonably practicable.

8. Intellectual property

The Service, including Truval's models, methodology, software, data compilations, reports, design and the Truval name and logo, is owned by HYVE AI Labs FZCO or its licensors. You keep ownership of the content you enter, and grant us a licence to use it to provide and improve the Service as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Third-party data and services

The Service may rely on public records and third-party providers. We do not guarantee the accuracy or availability of third-party data, and links to other services are provided for convenience only.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that estimates or other outputs are accurate, complete or suitable for any particular purpose, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit or opportunity, or loss arising from decisions made in reliance on the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under UAE law.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify HYVE AI Labs FZCO against claims and losses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Service, including reports or messages you send to third parties.

13. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, non-payment or to protect the Service or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them, subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to you.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will change the date above and, for material changes, notify account holders at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
