Agent Quote Check
Three agents, three prices. Which one is telling you the truth?
Agents sometimes quote high to win your listing, then ask for price cuts later. Compare every quote with the comparables before you sign a Form A.

Quotes against the fair-value band
2 of 3 quotes are above the fair range — listing there usually means a longer sale or a price cut later.
Green band = Truval fair-value range. Dashed line = point estimate.

Ask every agent
- • Which 3–5 recent sales (not listings) support your price?
- • How long did those take to sell, and at what discount to asking?
- • If it hasn't sold in 45 days, what's your plan — and will you ask me to cut the price?
- • Is this exclusive? For how long, and can I exit early?
- • What's your BRN, and can I see it on the DLD system?
Commission & mandate
Around 2% is common in Dubai but it's negotiable, especially on higher-value homes or exclusive mandates. A lower commission from an agent who quotes realistically usually beats a high quote that sits on the market.
Time-to-sell figures come from an illustrative pricing model, not a guarantee. Commission, exclusivity and terms are agreed in your Form A with the broker.
